Zoleka Sparks is a serial entrepreneur and serves as Board President for Dress For Success Hampton Roads. Mrs. Sparks was born in Queens, New York but raised in Suffolk, Virginia. She earned A.A.S. in Small Business, double major B.S. in Human Resources and Retail Administration and MBA in Public Administration holding 8 certifications in various areas. Community has always been dear to her and she has consistently volunteered with Blood banks, MS association’s and the Susan Komen's Breast Cancer Association.

Empowerment to me is to give of yourself selflessly to assist others in achieving their goals. I believe as human beings we have a charge to consistently uplift and assist each other in every way possible. What we learn is not just to elevate us but to elevate others as well, and doing so. keeps us grounded in who we are.
