Keosha Sanders SHRM-CP, SWP has over ten years of executive level Human Capital and Organizational Management experience in the public and private sector and federal government. She has successfully developed and lead talent acquisition strategies for government contracts valued over $300M. In addition, she has expertise in human resource technology implementation and designing and configuring business process automation for various industries.
While successfully providing her expertise to Fortune 500 companies, she noticed a lot of start ups and small business were in need of human capital management resources. The lack of resources often impacted their ability to compete for work. Ms. Sanders love for business transformation led her to founding Infinite Staffing Solutions LLC in 2012.
Her mission is to ensure entrepreneurs and small business owners have access to affordable Fortune 500 level human capital resources.
Ms. Sanders holds a Bachelor's of science in Human Development from Virginia Tech and received a Master's of Science in Organizational Management from Bellevue University. She also is a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) a Human Capital Institute certified Strategic Workforce Planning specialist a certified Federal Staffing specialist and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
