Zoleka Sparks is a business consultant and strategist of 30 years, serial entrepreneur and serves as Affiliate Consultant for The Metropolitan Business League Norfolk, Vice President of Jeanna's Ifeed, Board President of The Deserving One Foundation President of the Elephants Fork Civic League in Suffolk Virginia and Brand Manager for various small businesses and nonprofits.

 

Mrs. Sparks was born in Queens, New York but raised in Suffolk, Virginia. She has earned Six Sigma Green & Black Belt certifications, A.A.S. in Small Business, B.S. in Human Resources, B.S. in Retail Administration and MPA in Public Administration holding 25 certifications in various areas. Community has always been dear to her and she has consistently of service to a variety of Nonprofits and Small businesses serving as a mentor as well as a consultant.

 

Empowerment to me is to give of yourself selflessly to assist others in achieving their goals. I believe as human beings we have a charge to consistently uplift and assist each other in every way possible. What we learn is not just to elevate us but to elevate others as well, and doing so. keeps us grounded in who we are.
